Florida Flora Detail

“I get my inspiration from the world around me. The cracks in a wall, the drying mud on the ground, the colors in a flower, all of these contribute to create an image which becomes the basis for one of my works.”

“Though I work with different media, there are basic undercurrents that tie my work. Sometimes it is fleeting glint of color from the metallic skin of an imaginary dragon that leaves its impression on my mind.”

“I work with layers of colors and textures. I like to push them to their maximum, then rip them apart”.
