Host Schedule
Hosts are needed for 2010 Jul, Aug, Sept, Oct and Nov.
Please come forward to volunteer your home.

Thank you to the hosts who give their home and time. Lunch Bunch is an opportunity for us all to get together to discuss art, show our work and enjoy some laughs with each other.
Please try to attend as often as possible and guests are welcome.
Bring a guest who may want to join in November.
For some events ... DIRECTIONS TO PINEBROOK CLUBHOUSE, FEATHERBED LANE I-75 North or South take exit 195 Exit and heading west, go to light and turn left on Pinebrook Road . Go straight at light at Edmonston Rd. Proceed past golf course on your left. You will go over a little bridge and the next right is Pinebrook Way . Turn right. Go a couple of blocks and turn right on Featherbed Lane . The Clubhouse is at the end on the left. Rt 41 North Go to Venice Avenue . Splash will be on your left, a Shell Station on your right. Turn right on Venice Avenue . Continue per below. Rt 41 South Go to Venice Avenue , Splash will be on your right, CVS on your left. (The Shell Station will be across the street from CVS) Turn left on Venice Avenue . Continue on Venice Avenue past a 7/11 on your left. The next light will be Pinebrook Rd (You will see a Walgreens across the street on your right) Turn left on to Pinebrook Rd. Go straight, past ball fields, tennis courts, and woods on your right. Look on the left for the second entrance to Pinebrook South. This is Pinebrook Way. Turn left and go straight for about 3 blocks take right on to Featherbed Lane . The Clubhouse is at the end of the street on the left.

Member info for the Newsletters is due in the Fall, Winter and Spring. Email your latest and greatest info and announcements by Sept 15, Dec 15 and April 15 to: Kris Parins kris.parins@gmail.com
Personal announcements are limited to a few lines of pertinent info. Check your submissions carefully for any typos or errors before sending. If you are announcing your event, include address and times.
Email updates from the Board and Committees are sent as necessary. Please read all information so that you will be aware of current WCA updates, changes and events.
Your personal announcements may be submitted for the newsletter. Your other personal announcements, invitations, etc. are your responsibility and, as a member, you are free to use the WCA Membership List for this purpose. This list is to be used only for WCA purposes. The WCA guidelines clearly state that the list of members, with their personal contact information is only used when: You want to send your personal information to announce an exhibition or a reception or You want to reach a member directly
Your printed news articles and published publicity should be given or snail-mailed to Genevieve Perkins for the books on WCA history and the Media scrapbook.

the LUNCH BUNCH starts at 11:00 AM GUESTS ARE WELCOME and ALL must RSVP
The Lunch Bunch is an informal and excellent way to meet and get to know other members and for guests to get to know WCA. Come and join us for invigorating and informative conversation, critiques and camaraderie. Lunch Bunches are typically held on the first Monday of each month unless a holiday interferes.
Bring your own lunch and, if desired, a piece of art work in progress for critique or bring back a piece that has already been critiqued to show its progress. The host provides drinks and dessert

In lieu of art critiques, Judy Kramer will give a special presentation of unique dolls, full of personality, by doll maker Olga Olonseva, Judy has brought them to the gallery from her recent travels to Novgorod the Great in Northwest Russia. The dolls are on display and for sale.
Also you will be able to view and enjoy the clever and whimsical "Klezmer" art of David Lieberman. Russian artist, Tatiana Scharstein, displays hand painted items.
From the East and I-75 and 301 take 64 West (Manatee Ave) in to Bradenton. Turn left on to 12th St W and go to the end. Turn left on to 9th Ave W and make a quick right where 12th St continues. Make the first left on to 10th Ave W. From 41 North or South turn on to 9th Ave W (Dr MLK). Turn right on 12th St W and then left on to 10th Ave W. Coming from the West and Manatee Ave, turn right on to business 41 and then left on to 9th Ave W. Turn right on to 12th St W. Make the first left on to 10th Ave W.
If you cannot attend, please call the host to cancel. Many hosts can only accommodate a limited number of people. If you don't show up, you are taking the space of someone who would have liked to attend but couldn't due to lack of space.
NOTE: WHEN YOU ARE THE LUNCH BUNCH HOST: You must be able to accommodate 15 or more members and guests. Keep an accurate list of who is attending so that if you must cancel, you are able to contact your guests. Keep a wait list of members so that you can call them to replace cancellations ( when your space is limited). Be sure everyone signs in and then submit or mail your sign in sheet directly to Marianthe. The Lunch Bunch is open to all members and guests.
